  1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as clearance items or customized products, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  3. Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

  4. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

  5. Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
